Honda has announced its lineup of concept-model automobiles for its display at the 42nd Tokyo Motor Show 2011. The display will include a next-generation plug-in hybrid vehicle, the AC-X concept.
The Honda AC-X Concept offers a more comfortable and enjoyable time in the vehicle during all driving situations, from urban to long-distance driving. With the choices of an “engine drive mode” for more aggressive driving or an “automatic drive mode” for more relaxed driving, the vehicle broadens the joy of mobility.

2014 Infiniti QX60

2014 Infiniti QX60 (formerly JX) Hybrid Infiniti today announced a hybrid version of the QX60 (formerly JX [ see name changes ]) to join the Infiniti QX60 lineup in 2014.  The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid (or JX hybrid) will make its global debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show from March 29th to April 7th. The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid will be powered by a 2.5-L supercharged engine and 15kW electric motor.  Teaming with an advanced CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), the vehicle delivers approximately 250 horsepower with projected estimated fuel economy of about 26 mpg – 24 percent improve over the non-hybrid QX60 models.  The 26 mpg is projected to be the best mpg rate for a 7-passenger in the segment.
