Unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the Mitsubishi Concept GR-HEV is a Sport Utility Truck that is built upon the combination of a pickup truck and a sedan.  It gets the functionality from the pickup truck – Triton and comfort levels from a sedan or SUV.
Measuring about 213-inch long, 76-inch wide and 70-inch tall, with a wheelbase about 118-inch, the Concept GR-HEV has enough room for 5 occupants.  It is powered by a Diesel-Hybrid system consisting of a 2.5-L clean diesel engine and a front mounted electric motor.  The Diesel-Hybrid system emits only 149 g/km of C02, which is the highest level of environmental performance in its class.

2014 Infiniti QX60

2014 Infiniti QX60 (formerly JX) Hybrid Infiniti today announced a hybrid version of the QX60 (formerly JX [ see name changes ]) to join the Infiniti QX60 lineup in 2014.  The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid (or JX hybrid) will make its global debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show from March 29th to April 7th. The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid will be powered by a 2.5-L supercharged engine and 15kW electric motor.  Teaming with an advanced CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), the vehicle delivers approximately 250 horsepower with projected estimated fuel economy of about 26 mpg – 24 percent improve over the non-hybrid QX60 models.  The 26 mpg is projected to be the best mpg rate for a 7-passenger in the segment.
