Subaru WRX Concept Unveiled at the 2013 New York Auto Show

Subaru gave us hints on its next generation WRX by unveiling the all-new WRX Concept today at the 2013 New York Auto Show.
The Subaru WRX Concept has a bold and muscular design underlining the turbocharged power and its well known All-Wheel-Drive grip.
Featuring a carbon fiber roof, the WRX Concept is significantly lower and wider.  It also features a new hawk-eye headlights design, maintaining Subaru family design heritage.
The all-new Subaru WRX Concept is painted in “WR Blue Pearl III”, which modernizes the iconic WRX look yet preserves its traditional Blue color.
Riding on BBS “RI-D” One Piece Forged Duralumin wheels with 245/40ZR20 Dunlop tires, the Subaru WRX Concept has a wheelbase of 108.7-inch and measures 178-inch long, 74.4-inch wide and 54.7-inch tall.

2014 Infiniti QX60 (formerly JX) Hybrid Infiniti today announced a hybrid version of the QX60 (formerly JX [ see name changes ]) to join the Infiniti QX60 lineup in 2014.  The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid (or JX hybrid) will make its global debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show from March 29th to April 7th. The 2014 Infiniti QX60 Hybrid will be powered by a 2.5-L supercharged engine and 15kW electric motor.  Teaming with an advanced CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), the vehicle delivers approximately 250 horsepower with projected estimated fuel economy of about 26 mpg – 24 percent improve over the non-hybrid QX60 models.  The 26 mpg is projected to be the best mpg rate for a 7-passenger in the segment. The battery that powers the electric motor is compact and is placed under the 3rd row seat in the way that allows the QX60 maintains its flat rear floor for easier passenger entry to the rear seats,  and no impact to cargo space. Unveiled at the 2013 North American International Auto Show and slated to go on sale this summer, the 2014 Nissan Versa Note is an all-new vehicle that although shares numerous traits with the 2 nd  generation Versa Sedan, possess its own distinctive look, feel and added hatchback utility. Available in 3 grades- S, S Plus and SV, the front-wheel drive Nissan Versa Note is powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine, which generates 109 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque.  When being equipped with the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), the 2014 Versa Note is predicted to deliver a best-in-class fuel efficiency of 40/31/35 highway/city/combined mpg.
