Infinity Blade II Hits The App Store; Optimized For iPhone 4S and iPad 2

Epic Games has just released Infinity Blades II - the second installment of their popular game, which was the winner of the 2011 Apple Design Award and more than 20 “Game of the Year” & “Top App” awards.


Infinity Blade II is optimized for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 to take advantage of the A5 processor, which powers both these iOS devices. It includes high-resolution graphics and lighting that utilize the enhanced visual capabilities of the iPhone 4S and iPad 2.

Infinity Blade II is a universal app so you can play the game on your iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad, iPad 2, iPod Touch 3 (16 GB and above), or iPod Touch 4. Though the game works on iOS 3.2 or higher, the developer has recommended users to upgrade to iOS 5.0.1.
It is available in the App Store for $6.99. You can download it using this App Store link.
Infinity Blade II is currently available in the Australian and New Zealand App Stores and should be available in the US at 11 PM Eastern time.
