2011 Mazda TAKERI Concept
Mazda will globally debut its new concept car, the Mazda TAKERI, at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show starting on December 3rd, 2011. The Mazda TAKERI concept is the next generation midsized sedan concept which employs Mazda’s new design language, “KODO – Soul of Motion”, to bring a new level of strength and allure to sedan styling.
Under the appealing exterior, the TAKERI features the full array of SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY which includes Mazda’s first regenerative braking system, the new SKYACTIV-D diesel engine, Mazda i-stop, new lightweight, aerodynamic and chassis technologies. The combination of all these technologies enable the Mazda TAKERI concept to achieve outstanding fuel economy and excellent riding comfort without any sacrifice of performance.

Debuted at the 2012 New York Auto Show as  a concept car  about 7 months ago, the Acura RLX production model official made its debut today at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. As the Acura’s flagship model, replacing the RL, the 2014 RLX is a luxury performance sedan which is the most advanced, powerful and spacious Acura Sedan. The 2014 Acura RLX is motorized by an all-new V-6 engine which produces 310 horsepower and 272 lb.-ft of torque.  Mated with a 6-speed AT, the 2014 Acura RLX is projected to secure a top spot in its class for fuel efficiency, which is rated 20 mpg in the city, 31 mpg on the highway and 24 mpg combined. As a mid-size luxury sedan, the all-new Acura RLX enjoys the best 38” rear-seat legroom; it has the longest 36.4” tandem seating gap, and most voluminous front and rear shoulder space. The 2014 Acura RLX is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2013.
